At Embroidery-USA, we are careful to make sure that each item that comes of the line is of the highest quality. We use the best equipment available and our staff has many years of professional embroidery experience. This combination ensures that your embroidered items will be perfect every time!

Each design is digitized using Wilcom digitizing software.  Embroidery USA, Inc. does not just scan your logo, but actually digitizes it for a three dimensional look. 

The embroidering is done by our Tajima embroiderer. The Tajima embroidering machine has a 12 head, automatic thread trim, 9 color setup.  A tubular frame attachment allows hats to be embroidered on the front, back and sides.
